I now have a magic periscope that allows me to see over things and look around corners without risking getting my face shot off all with a tap of the F4 key.

That's not game warping at all!

Well, yeah, but *everybody* has it. It gives you as much of an advantage as it does anyone else.

and you know that by using 3pv one can see your position right from one side of the map to the other?
that drone over your head is shining in a bright red...it's more of a disadvantage than an advantage by using 3pv as "tactical view"

Because nobody can see a Stalker poking its head over a ridge, right? I'm losing loads of stealth to have a long hard look at whats over that ridge.
