Not if they use 3PV to spot you, take note of your speed, location, direction and torso to leg angle then switch back to 1PV, pop up/out and take you down with shots that are prelined up from 3PV, in 1PV you briefly see their drone if you were looking that way, otherwise you have a general idea where he is as his drone was only up a second or two. So knowledge is power, the person using 3PV and 1PV knows your location, direction, speed (if your moving fast or slow), what you are, roughly how you are armed by gun ports, and your torso to feet angle while the 1PV user who saw your drone for 2 seconds knows generally the building/hill you are behind but no other info as your drone is now gone.
