Greetings fellow mechwarriors . After nearly a year of a former HH member admitting on this forum that he had wronged 3 HH brothers nothing has been done to right the wrong . Those involved have hope that this would merely be forgotten and swept under the rug . In the beginning at least for me when I joined back in 98 there was only HeadHunters yes we were with Davion but that was not the name . Memnoch was RCO , after Mem came Dexter and then Dex eventually turned the reigns over to me at that time there was 2 Battalions Grim Determination and the 5th SOG of which Aylward was a Sgt Maj at that time . There had been a snafu in House Command and a few guys Phil and Mem had stepped up to help they ask me to come and help as COS I left HH in the capable hands of T91 . Well things didn't work in the move to House Command there was a perception of a coup ( not true) so I went back to HH in a advisory capacity . BT;Solaris shut down , 3025 came and went and next thing we were in to MechWarrior4.T91 was running HH well , but BSS was his XO he was young and had ambition so at this point I will refer you to the BSS post its buried kinda deep in House Davion forums( think its about 3-4 pages deep ) titled " HHod HHGD and why its my fault" . I migrated to 1FSAC and played many years with them eventually making it to RXO . Well over at HH BSS was spinning his web backstabbing both T91 and Aahz till he eventually came into command by hook n crook ( read the HH code of conduct ) . So in truth this was not the "TRUE" HH line yes it had the name but it was a name that was taken by deceit . Well here we are today MWO T91 and Aahz finally decide it was time to resurrect the real true HH and after BSS finally came out and admitted the facts I was hoping those that didn't know the facts would do the right thing but I've found it human nature that once you reach and achieve power you don't want to relinquish it . Ive read the responses to BSS post and you see things like it takes a big man to admit its wrong ect ect but no where did I see any mention of "hey lets right the wrong done here ". I had been hoping that someone would man up and say lets rectify this but not a peep . So when you wear that HH badge and your proud of it think it . Some will say this is the wrong place to air this but efforts have been made in other ways . And I finally felt it was time to let a whole new group of guys know and possibly ponder 'is this right" . Im not posting this because I have any desire to resume command I've retired from HH and 1FSAC active command and serve merely as an Advisor capacity but I would love to see these 2 teams become the 1 true HH and see the animosity gone between them . This is a team with RICH history and its always been a force to reckon with . We are here to serve House Davion as we always have .

Numerous attempts to reconcile from our end were made when Aahz came back and decided to re-open HHGD, and they were all ultimately refused. They weren't done openly out here on the forums, but there was more then enough garbage out on the line already from several exchanges, including the post from BSS, to give most a good idea where things stood.. Not the least of which was a venomous reply to one of those threads from T91 which confirmed what Aahz and myself already feared.. Getting the team that's been here through thick and thin all these years after things fell apart so many many years ago now, and the "team" which decided to rise from the ashes again after all that time now, back together again appears to be an impossible feat at this point. Every attempt to reach our hand out has been met with resistance or outright hostility.. So we finally agreed (Aahz and myself) that we would carry on doing our own things independently for now and perhaps re-address this later on down the road.. Perhaps you should have checked on that before posting something like this out here, Mustang.. Frankly, this history lesson from 10-15 yrs ago really does NOTHING to help try and mend the fences as you claim.. How many more people need to fall on their swords before you are satisfied ?? Does any of that really matter now one way or the other anyway ?? We're here to play a game.. as a team that's been here and active all this time... We're not running for political office here, we're running a team of mech pilots and trying to uphold that team's tradition..nothing more.. If you wish to discuss this at length, I'll gladly come to whatever comm server you are on and do so. I will not however carry on a protracted debate on the jumbotron at MWO like this in front of the whole house.. it serves none of us well to do so.. Good day ! ~S~

I only have one thing short to say guys....
HH (to me) is bigger than any person. The Scorps have regularly talked about your guys situation and played with both groups. It is a sad situation you guys are in and we truly hope that a resolution will be made. You have been around to long and now you face a completely different scenario facing a group that you made but no longer recognizes who you are.
In short...get your **** together and get over the ego's. TSA has high respect for the old guard, man up..do whatever..we NEED you guys aligned on the battlefield.

I am somehwat of a new member of the HHoD team. I met HHoD early in close beta, I had been looking for my previous team pilots (ComStar) but somehow i kept coming to play with these guys. Shortly after my friends joined HHoD and we haven't looked back. We feel we are a very succesful unit that many pilots feel proud and happy to belong to and we have a fun atmosphere almost 24hrs of the day. We have had our small problems and our disagrements like any large unit, but we are all very proud HHoD. We are also honored and proud to have Aylward and Iron as leaders, they have made great adjustments and moves to provide us with HHoD and we feel we are ready for CW to come and be a competitive team. We have close to 200 active members and a total of 500+ pilots in our standing army. We have built numerous and great friendships amongs ourselfs and other Davion units and some MERCS. So whatever the past may have been, the record from HHoD leaders in MWO has been impecable.

I understand there is history, I been very courious finding the events that lead to the split, and at times offended at the approach some of the previous parties involved decided to take. For one, MWO forums seems to be the worst place to handle something like this, why not person to person , face to face...

After finding all the details from different people about the split, even some in HHGD. I tried hard to see if I also could help mend the fences. We had set up a possible meeting for those involve to meet with some of the newer members of both HH to be the 3rd party mediators, so things remain in perspective. But this never came to be. Both Iron and Aylward had agreed to attend once I informed them of this possible meeting, Fully knowing that they will be the main target of this meeting, but they said if it will make this mend the fences, they will give it a shot. whatever, whats past is past. Honestly, we see our bretheren in HHGD with respect and are proud to see them in the battlefield in our side or against us. But HHoD as it stands is a solid unit, with great leadership and we expect to keep putting our unit forward with pride.

It would be great if these old feelings could be put to rest, even greater to work with HHGD closily if that is possible. But if this is ever to be, there is a need to speak person to person, So with all due repect I ask you guys to keep this issues off the MWO forum.

Sorry for my extended message but i felt it is important for many to understand that our reality as a team in HHoD is the now and the future. And I wanted to express the image we have of our leadership.

~S~ Greetings and Salutations fellow Mechwarrior's . First off let me agree that this should be talked out in person , I prefer chat or face to face as I feel I never really can convey my feelings nor can I truly grasp the others message either . You ever wakeup one morning with a tad bit of pent up frustration and then something just really rubs ya the wrong way . Anyways history is a good thing im going on 59 yrs old and over the last few yrs I find that guys my age tend to appreciate history a tad more than others . We've found that those who forget histories mistakes tend to repeat them . I will gladly meet with Al whom I know is a good leader he was once a Sgt Maj. of mine in the 5th SOG he was in lance 112 his lance leader was Rockit his lance mates were Ripper & Wilder so I've always thought I trained good people plus I never thought he was involved in my end of the Bss trouble I respected his command and dedication during our ISW time and we fought alongside each other many nights till wee hours of the morning . We were both awarded our titles during the same ceremony from Prince Qin during ISW .For this to happen , I would like this OK'd by both commands of HHGD & HHoD (as I have no command authority Except in temporary position occasionally ) I would like this attended by both RCO & RXO's plus a Mutual House Mediator on a mutually agreed Ts server . The things that drove me to this post need not be discussed here .
