Shadowhawk, Wolverine, Griffin are all basically identical mechs with only minor differences in hardpoints. Its kindve sad really that PGI got anyone to pay for these.

Some are going to be better than others.
The Shadowhawk will be able to mount an AC20, the Wolverine won't.
The Wolverine's Arm Mounted Ballistic will have a better field of fire.
The Griffin... Ok, I honestly don't expect the Griffin to do anything better than one of the Shadowhawks.
What I find interesting is that the best models of these mechs appear to NOT be the Phoenix versions. I expect the SHD-2D2 with at least 1 energy hardpoint on each arm is going to be the best of the Shads, and the WLV-7K to be the best of the Wolverines, specifically for the arm mounted energy hardpoint. My thinking on this is that these mechs are going to get rigged up as fast movers, and ammo dependent weapons on a fast mover can be dicey due to a miss costing not only the opportunity to shoot, but also part of your limited supply of ammo.

Which is pretty tragic since in the TTG the Griffin was the absolute best of the 3.
