TL:DR - Fill out ALL info, name and DOB included.

I had been having the same issue as many others with updating my profile. I had been leaving my name blank and only answering the questions. This resulted in me clicking like a mad-man on the submit button and nothing happening. Once I put my name in and DOB, I was able to update that info and went from 5% complete to 18% complete. Then I was able to answer the questions below it and successfully submit them for 100% complete.

Same. on question if I have ever beta tested a game before. I'm not gonna answer YES when I never have, but thet question is holding me back from being able to complete it.

Ok, now it worked for me (100%). I clicked "Profile" on the top right again and filled out the two remaining questions, then it finally accepted.

Same here:

Friends or solo and filled out debug report for me.

I picked the opposite answer so my app would be 100% But for full disclosure, ya, those would need to be fixed.

Had the problem with 96% complete and it asking for a question over and over. It seemed to fix itself after a few minutes, so give it a bit of time and see if it goes through on its own, their servers are probably just a bit overtaxed at the moment

If you still have the same problem after 30 minutes or so, just report it and the staff will probably find the problem and fix it.

I have 96%, no matter how many times I submit the last few questions. Also there is now way to update the computer profile, just upgraded to 8 thought that shouldn't affect MWO performance...

the questions are friends/solo, fan of tabletop, and net speed.

I waited 15 maybe 20m and tried to update the last question (Net speed) and it still won't update.

Going to wait a bit more and try again but just thought I'd give the guys over at PGI a heads up.

Edit: Didn't want to post in multiple threads so hopefully someone sees this.

Been about 1 hr 45 m and I still can't update my net speed.

Mine says it's 96% complete, with 22 out of 23 items complete.

Thing is, there's nothing more I can fill out. There's the section labeled "Questionnaire", but the only thing in that section is two buttons, one says "submit" and the other says "cancel". I've tried both, numerous times.

Hi there,
I really want to betatest the game and for that I need to give u a complete profle^^

so, I fill out everything, but when I click the submit-button, nothing happens
after clicking, I waited for 10 min and it still didnt do nothing
after I logged out and in again, all that was saved was my contry of resisdence
so, I am stuck at 5% complete

I am using Firefox with its newest update

But I stuck on 96%.
Maybe I still on "pending" because of this trouble, because I am waiting almost from start of beta testing.
