My profile no longer has the Legendary Founder's Tag I got with my $200 I shelled out last year. (Neither does my website profile nor do I have my 4 Founder's Mechs in-game-- Yes, I have submitted a trouble ticket). And yes, I'm ueber-pissed.

Well with so many asking for refunds maybe they just assumed you wanted one as well.

Well, I never asked for a refund. I never got the $200 back, so... where's my stuff??? Did anyone get their money back? I can't imagine that they would!? Maybe there's a reason why this is the first Mechwarrior I ever got into.... My subconscious told me I'd get hosed....

I didn't realize you could get a refund's most MMO iv spent money on normally don't do refunds...

You can just look at your Forum Profile it shows the titles of what ever package you got....
