If you haven't resolved yet, try to download the 326.80 beta drivers. my 765m equipped notebook WOULD NOT install whql, apparently the 765m isn't listed in the .inf. the 326.80 betas worked and were recommended by my hardware manufacturer.
Also, make sure you set your power profile to HIGH PERFORMANCE.
