As for the negative portion of the MWO Community... give the Devs a break already... sections of this game are being worked on by several teams, not just everyone... cut them some slack and let them do their job versus reading about "complaint this or complaint that..."

So I have 180 days of Premium time that hasn't been activated yet due to Elite Founders and the Overlord PP package with the early bird bonus, but I am saving it for CW when Loyalty points will be included. However, I bought the 7 day since it activates now because I am trying to master the Firebrand and the Heavy Metal and I need to buy another HGN variant before I can do it.

I don't agree with the 3PV decision, but I still love this game and hope that production speeds up a bit and will continue to buy the stuff I want from the game. No boycott here. The thought of Community Warfare makes me pre my pants.

I have wanted a Mech Bay sale since forever, but I guess 300 MC is as low as they will go. If they had a discount I would probably buy 10-20 of them. As it is, I just buy one whenever I need a new mech and don't want to sell one that I already have.

Anyway, thanks for premium time sale. It was perfect timing for me and the exact package I wanted.

Start being honest with us about everything, and I do mean everything. Start communicating with us regularly, even if its about stuff you think we won't like. Also, for the love of God (or whatever), please standardize your communications. Pick Twitter. Or Facebook. Or the Forums. Or carrier pigeon. Just pick a format and stick to it.

In short, respect us as intelligent, reasonable, and discerning customers who were willing to give you a lot of money based on your word alone. That's what most of us are, even if it doesn't seem that way right now. People do crazy things when they're upset.

Do all that for a while, and some of us may start buying from you again. No promises though.

As much as I think it sucks to charge people to mod their mechs if you're already paying for premium time or have paid $20 for a mech... I for one think the weekly sales are a good business idea on their part.

And as long as they offer the hardcore modes of play they can do what they want with the newbinator 3PV mode. As implemented I don't think it offers quite the awareness benefits I was worried it would so that's good. I do think they should have a game display that informs you of recent game-play updates right on the launch screen for maps though... they do it with randomly running things which is also good but a more timely display of "3PV now live! HIT F4 to turn it OFF!" would be recommended for the uninitiated.

I get it, you wanted to focus on mediums right now, that's great.

But really, of all the variants you could have put on sale, the HBK-4P? It has no reason to exist right now- what are you going to do with it? Every build that actually makes use of the fact that it has 9 energy hardpoints is made worthless by Ghost Heat. If you're going to use six or less energy weapons, you're better off with a jenner, cicada, or quickdraw (and it's quite telling how bad the 4P is, this is the first time I have ever recommended the quickdraw over another mech) since those all have things like better armor or speed, jump jets, and not-having-all-the-guns-in-one-easy-to-destroy-package.
