I pre-order the Overlord package a while back but i still haven't received the Pheonix colors (which according to the pheonix page should have been unlocked by now).

all phoenix package items will be delivered october 15th, including the colors.
"unlocked" in this case only means that you will get those EXTRA, once the package is delivered.
they should state that clearly somewhere on the loyalty rewards page but it is how it is ...
