Did you try the usual stuff ?
-Update drivers
-Run repair tool
-Uninstall/reinstall game
You can get the repair tool here if you're not sure:
http://mwomercs.com/...public-release/
If all that did not help you should submit a support ticket ( http://mwomercs.com/support/ticket/new ) and give them as much information as you can.

Definitely sounds like you need to file a ticket, they'll request specific files including your DXDIAG and various MWO log files to look for a reason.
In the meantime you'll want to repair, update your drivers, and even investigate whether you meet the minimum requirements.

If this is the same problem I'm having (post UI 2.0 patch) do send in a ticket to support.
Send along the log files, dxdiag, and crashdump files. This is consistently happening to me every night. The more tickets we submit perhaps the more they'll actually address it or implement a hotfix. I also include the error message.
Keep in mind that when this happens sometimes the printscreen function will not work, which will dump the screen shot in a directory. You may need another program like FRAPS/BO Shot, or use the conventional print screen function and immediately paste it to MS Paint.
