I added your link to the OP.

Also, I've asked a question on the ask the devs. It's on page 5 and it links to this thread. Go vote if you'd like a dev response.

Excellent thread, completely agree with what was said. Bonuses like those mentioned would definitely help promote player loyalty and provide much more incentive to play.

I think it would be a strong incentive for people to play more matches if we got a daily bonus of 2 x C-bills for a win, but we get to choose when we are going to use this bonus. So I play a match and I see that I made 105k, "Meh, I can do better and use the bonus on a better match". *clicks Launch again*. I think we would see many "bonus addicts", playing over and over until they can get maximum benefit from the 2x bonus. It would make the grind less obvious, on a psychological level.

Personally I wouldn't mind having a 5x C-Bill reward that only happens once a month and resets every first patch of the month.

Win or lose.

Hopefully to encourage players to be their best. (At least at the start of the month)

Well they'd be no need for any of these ideas if they just did some proper balancing. I average about 60-70k with a loss (ave damage 300-400 plus 5-6 assists, 1 kill), a win it's about 110k. I still enjoy the game atm so it's not too much of a problem and there's nothing really to spend it on

It's true, they also need to work on other aspects of the game. Different game modes and more things to buy are both necessities. The problem with MWO is that the mechs actually aren't all that different. It's not like LOL, where every champ is a totally different play experience. Mechs are just variations on a theme. Some move faster, are tougher, or have weapons in different positions. But the weapons and their different configs aren't all that different between mechs. I mean, you can do the same build on multiple different mechs for a slightly varied experience.

I really hope they have some good things planned for community warfare and UI 2.0.
