Could it be possible to signify players on the cadet bonus to your team? Then I can give them pro tips like "be my meat shield". This way I can cut them slack when they get face-melted on the ridge in frozen city. Just be nice to direct them if they are giving into n00bish tendencies like running off into the distance alone, etc.

This would only be for your team though. Unless you kill n00bies regardless of affiliation to feed on their tears?
