Loading the map game will pop up. And then displays the MECH INGAME

Other map normal. Is to play the game without pop-up map

What is the problem with the map? Is it the battle map, mini map, or the entire game level map that doesn't work?

Are you in third person view? That disables the minimap. If you are, you can disable it in the options or hit "F4" in-match to fix this.

So the map shows the splash screen of tourmaline, then you end up in the Mechbay showing you your mech is in a match?

The Tourmaline file might be corrupt.
Try running the Repair Tool. (To download it, click here)
Or you can try uninstalling and then reinstalling the game.
