Seriously, we need it yesterday.
DX 9.0c was released in 2004, that's almost a decade ago.

Maybe never. It would just be one more thing that PGI "changed their minds" about. They'll of course claim a silent majority don't want it.

DX11 was supposed to hit the public test servers last week, but they canceled that test and have yet to announce the date for a new one. In the past, when features have been put on the public test servers they've gone live about two weeks later.
I'll probably get trolled for saying this, but I have faith it'll be in at launch on the 17th - or at least very soon after. I'd say the same for UI 2.0, which is supposedly ready for public test as well.
