Alpha strike and die. Why regular PPC's? If you're going to do this - shoot once and die - then use ERPPC's so you deal better damage to a distant or close target. Hell, a 6 PPC stalker will currently survive one 6PPC volley, but with substantial CT damage. A seventh PPC would push that damage to outright engine destruction.

If you're not going to alpha strike, why not just bring 4PPC's and a load of DHS to offset the heat? You'd output more PPC blasts that way.

The mech was scary before... but with those MGs...
Imagine how troll that would be:
- You run around in an assault the entire match firing just the MGs, a PPC here and there, and then when you're about to die, *BOOOM* alpha and suicide taking someone with you.

Vanilla PPC in bulk and the heat sink, you should have heard him when I suggested nixing one PPC for a TAG. Also ERs are nice(and we do make use of these at times) with the lack of min range but, we tend to use lance mates in complimentary/supportive builds as well to compensate range holes.

eeyup, I like my 7 regulars, just for kicks... I mean, just like the last shot of the Hex PPC Stalker I currently run, I have all my normal chain firing (which, I believe with 7, will be a continuous stream) patterns, then at the end I just lolalpha all the things and something dies. (Me, for sure.)
