how do you match your torso with the cockpit

and whats up with the new cotrols that are in the new update

Default keys are 'c' to center torso to legs, or 'f' to center legs to torso.

Which new controls are you asking about? Third-person view? Throttle decay? Arm lock? The adverti-blurb is a little on the old side...
