Hello all,

I have a Saitek ST290 pro joystick.

My question is, will I have to customize the controls manually? Or will it autmatically detect the throttle, and the pitch/yaw and twist?

because I'm really not sure how to tell the game to use them to turn the torso and mech.

Have a look at the Hardware & Accessories forum here. There's a bunch of knowledgeable folks who have written extensively on a variety of devices and how to set them up. Seek out evilC or Loc Nar; they're the resident joystick/flight stick/pedals/etc gurus who should be able to get you situated.
