Clans arent around yet but i am sure the madcat will appear. If no the backlash will end up with thousands dead and MWO in a burning heap. (no devs that wasnt a threat)

Not yet, unfortunately. There was this overly ambitious plan to roll out mechs in accordance with the in-universe timeline, and then reality happened and we don't have clan mechs yet.

Apparently the Mad Cat is only the ramblings of an old crazy fool... lone survivor.

And that's probably what they'll stay as until we see... erhrm the rest of the game.
