im trying to add the max fps command line, i have
sys_maxfps = 60
but i seem to remember it used to be something like
c_sys_maxfps=60

sys_MaxFPS = 60
That is the command line to have in your user.cfg file. It will prevent MWO from exceeding 60 FPS, but it will not make the game hit 60 FPS if it could not do it before the command line.
