Chinese Ping is too high . the game can use VPN??

You can use VPN, but I don't think it will improve your latency. Whatever you do, you still have to go to the VPN server, then to the game server.
Unless, your VPN service owns some sort of a private routing network like WTFast. They might be able to solve your problem by routing your data over a better route through their network.

yes you can use VPN...
trial some out until you can find something that will give you decent pings...
but again, you will suffer if you are playing from China - i have several friends that do and it is not stable and it is a pain...

how bad is the ping from china? is it more than 300ms?
