how will paints and skins be handled by community warfare ?

i run a tiny rag tag unit and not all of my members are willing to put in MC for this game
im cool with that.... its free to play after all, thats kinda the point

however i want my unit to have a uniform of some kind, a skin or a paint combo/set

i really hope there will be a way for the unit to buy colours or skins that anyone in my unit can use freely


i very much hope this has been considered and planned for by the Devs
