This unit sounds right up my alley, but I'm not to sure what to do first. Am I supposed to fill out the recruitment form first? Or randomly drop in on the teamspeak channel. I haven't used TS in forever so I'm not up to date on the etiquette. Also, I started MWO only a few weeks ago so I have never done 4 or 12 man drops.

About me:

I am not looking for a group that is about min/maxing, super serious RP, CB grinding, or filled with whiners who complain about IGP and PG all day.

What I am looking for is group that I can play with, not for. By that I mean I don't have any problem swapping out something on a mech to put in BAP, but I am not ok with being told I have to buy a certain mech or have it set up a particular way. I am super flexible and willing to play any role: fire support, scout, capper, sniper, etc. I will even rush forward into 4 enemy assault mechs if I know someone has my back or by my mech going down in a blaze of glory helps the team win. Basically, I want to be part of a group that works as a coordnated team and is looking to have fun above all else, win or lose.

Hello Choppah, and Thanks for your interest!

Reading what you are looking for, I agree we can be the group you are looking for.

Please just drop in our TS channel and play with us for a few days. We will get to know each other and if you like what you see, please do fill the recruitment form. Once that is done, it will take a bit of time to get the pilots in the unit know you and see if we are a good fit.

The more you come to the TS and drop with us, the faster all this will be! Generally we tend to attract the right people and there is no issues in this proccess, but we feel we must have some "trial time" to weed out some people with attittudes that do not fit in to our play style (like the ultra-competitive and the PGI whining).

We do have a competitive side, but thats entirely optional, many of our pilots choose not to participate in our organized 12 man drops and that is all fine. If you do choose to participate, you will have to make allowances to fit the team respecting which mech to pilot and what role to fill, but we do let the pilots decide whats best for them and keep that in mind when we do design our 12 mech builds.
