I was wondering how much time I should give support before I send another email!
I had problems with a purchase on the website, and while the site rejected my payment method, I recieved a mail that the funds were transferred correctly.
Since it is no small amount, I want to get this sorted!
Usually if you buy something, it is resolved instantly, right, it does not take a few days for PGI to book goods to my accound, does it?
