Remember those Ultra AC20s? The ones that you Stacked on your Daishi and Roflstomped in that Clan Wolf Trial in Mercenaries? Yeah you do, and you LOVED IT.

Do you also remember that they were "burst fire"? Yeah you do, and you still LOVED IT.

so this is what I'm proposing, Leave the Regular AC/5s as is with 1 round per "trigger-pull", and give the UAC5 the "Burst-Fire" with 5 rounds per "Trigger-pull"... along with the aim mechanics of Lasers

what this does is leaves open routes to other Ultra AutoCannons (like from the Clans), and later on with the Rotary ACs with "constant fire".

ALSO: the UACs and RACs will have an increasing percentage of Jamming per class (IE. the UAC5 and RAC5 will have a higher Jam rate than a UAC2 and RAC2)


AC- Single Fire / No Jam Rate/ low heat
UAC- Burst Fire/ Medium Jam Rate % per class/ medium heat
RAC- Constant Fire / High Jam rate % per class/ high heat

UAC need change, but not this way!
RAC didn't jam, but overheats.

PGI must eliminate any posibility where macro can gain player advantage, or say bye-bye to e-sports!
