Hello, a quick questions:
I am having an issue with billing, and yes, I know I can't get direct answers about the problem here, but how long is the wait to get a response from support? I sent a mail in nearly twenty-four hours ago, and have received nothing short of an automated response. I was going to surmise that the issue is related to account security, but if that was the case, would not there be some sort of "we think your account is compromised" mail sent to my e-mail address?
