The CT has a "Missile Bay Door"

So long as the door is closed you take 10% less damage to the CT - but missile fire is delayed by 0.5 seconds.

I LOVE my kintaro-18
Only regret, was NOT buying a champ version of it when it was on sale.
It runs equal with any clan or 'op' mech I have in the bays.
SRMs, Streaks, LRM's...its awesome.
In fact, just bought a very sexy camo pattern for it...WITH winnings- el freebo- from this tournament. WINNING

Ahhhhhhh, thank you for the explanation! That also explains why it goes away after I start firing, now I know how to control it :)

I have had decent to moderate success with my Kintaro's and really love the chassis. My question revolves around the 20 though. I run mine with 3x SRM 6 - Artemis and 4x Medium Lasers. He is effective. However PGI gave them LL quirks...so my question is:
for those that took advantage of the quirks...did it really make a difference?
