Honestly, among all the issues in the game I don't see why people throw a fit about this.

No solo queue. Bad idea, the matchmaker has to mix vets and cadets as it is.

people need to lose the "it's unfair, the enemies are working together!" attitude.

In solo queue it has absolutely no effect on gameplay. Maybe if you're running in a 4-man but even then it's marginal at best as the value of scouting is what it is. 12-man is getting 1 pv only so I don't really see huge problems with this.

I use 3pv at the start of battle to see my paint scheme, some people still get mad at me for using it (sometimes even shooting me), pretty sad attitude to have. I go straight to 1pv when battle starts anyway.

re-reading the op and after realising what he means...

Y, N. Pug queue is still 3pv allowed. in order to be able to play 1pv mode you need 11 people available to join your team whenever you want to play (if/when they make the 12 man queue 1pv only).
