[Tweaks]

I'm a solo player, or lonewolf if you prefer, and I'm fine with that.

Unfortunately for me, with the 12v12 mode currently in place, I often find myself dropping against a mix of premade lances and solo players (pick up groups). Sometimes it goes well, but very often, my whole team gets wiped in the first 5 minutes, and I'm one of the last ones (if not the last one) to die, while the enemy team suffered no or very few casualties. This is not fun.

You may blame it on just bad luck, or bad skill, I don't really give a dung about it. The fact is, when your whole team gets wiped in the first 5 minutes of the match and that you're faced with 10-12 enemies focusing fire on you, you have just no chance at all and the game really {action of pumping air into your mouth} for you. You just wasted several minutes playing a match you could have had a lot more fun in, but you were not even given the chance to. I'm sure "some" of those times were not against premade lances, but since there's no indicator in the scoreboard that can tell you who's a premade and who's not, I can't say for sure.

Regardless... I've often been wishing for a less populated match, where each individual player could have more of an impact on his team than a swarm of players do currently (i.e. 10v1), and where you were sure that there were no premade lances in the mix so each team had an equal advantage in terms of coordination and tactics.

I think (and this is my opinion), that a 4v4 or 8v8 mode where only lonewolf (solo) players could join, would satisfy those wishes. It would not only be a much better experience for new players who don't want to or don't have the chance to be part of a group (yet), it would also be so for all the veteran lonewolves out there who wish to have a fair fight.

The current 12v12 mode is a nice idea, but since hardly anyone sticks with their assigned lance and just prefers to follow the bulk of the pack, it's just chaos more than half the time. The rest of the time, you either just get lucky or have one or two premade lances that make all the difference and lead the rest of the team to victory...
