Hello guys!

A Friend of mine (who does not speak english very good) has a big problem with his Keyboard.
He upgraded his GPU to a GTX770 2GB EVGA Card and now he has this very annyoing bug with the legs not turning.

This happens occasionally, but ONLY during public drops. If he joins the training grounds, the problem is not present.

He has an old PS2 Keyboard, but that should not be the problem.

Help is much appreciated!

have you tried using a different PS/2 keyboard? What about a USB keyboard?

Thats the problem, I suggested that to him before, he does not have another one.

This happens only in MWO and not in the training grounds!

I swapped out my PS2 keyboard for a USB and the problems with legs failing to turn did not occur. I will continue using the USB keyboard.

I suspect your issue is to do with "N-key rollover". Try checking the keyboard using this page.
