Hey, I'm not exactly new, but I think this is a good place for this sort of question.
how much health do your internals have? Like, let me explain. I understand that they are double your armor. I was wondering is it double your maximum armor or double your immediate armor.
for example
An Atlas has 50 armor on his CT. Does he have 100 internals or 216 internals? If both of these scenarios are wrong, explain why please.
thanks!

Atlas has 124 (total possible CT armor) / 2 for structure. So 62 CT internals.
Take any maximum armor amount, divide by 2. Have a field day.
PGI doesn't want internals to be stronger than armor. Through field testing, an Awesome with 80 CT armor is found to have 40 CT internals.
The only exception to this rule on any mech, is the cockpit. There it has 18 internals, 18 cockpit armor.
