Founders Premium Time To Auto-Activate On Launch Day?

I saw someone post up in another thread that the premium time I gained from being a Founder will automatically start up on "Launch" Day?
Is this true?

I was quite sure that it was stated during the last reset phase that the funders premium time will activate after the end of beta.
I _was_ quite sure, but since so many seem to be sure that it is the other way around, a research should be in order. I know.. a proper research is kind of hard since some of the devs declarations contradict each other.
Okay in short:
- during CB, everyone was on premium all the time, speeding up the leveling process so the players could experiment more.
- at OB, a reset occured and the "acivate" button was introduced
I remember statements that say:
- at launch, the new UI2.0 should not have that button, since On-Demand-Premium is no longer an element
I skim the archieves... lets see if I can find any clear info on this. Anyone finding an statement that proves me right or wrong is greatly appriciated.

Nope...you got it all wrong. All founders were on premium time when OB started because they hadn't put the activate button in. Once the activate button was there, all founders time reset and you have to click the button to start the time. If you got the 30 days premium time for the project phoenix, it is also added to what they refer to as "banked premium time".
When the project phoenix time is added in on October 15, I should have 180 days since I have not pressed the activate button yet and got the early bird time on the Overlord package.

Didn't you read through this thread? The source (Sidekick) spoke up, and is not sure where he got the info from.
I've been in the Beta since the week before Founders were officially let in (got randomly chosen for early access) and I've never heard of any auto-activation of Founder Premium time. The question of when Premium Time could be activated was brought up right away when the button was first introduced, and the devs specifically stated you would be able to activate the time whenever you wanted, even after launch. Only the Premium Time you purchase with MC is activated automatically.

I appriciate your successful research. I was looking for that specific patch note/discussion, too.
Well, looks like it´s a good issue to be wrong with.

Yes, I've stopped collecting Mechs and XL engines on a weekly basis and am now concentrating on mastering everything for which I have three or more variants. I assume the nerf is going to be successful in driving Overlord sales and so on, because a dozen CBill only mechs would take several months to earn.
If I master the whole Overlord package using my Overlord premium time I may have saved up enough CBills to buy one or two clan mechs next year... assuming all Clan mechs aren't MC only.

I assume Clan Mechs will be launched via a Founders like package, only, much more expensive.
Phoenix appears to be a success, and Star Citizen is showing how much some people are prepared to pay for digital game assets.
I suspect PGI will go for a major cash grab with Clan tech. As their existence depends on sales, I can't blame them for it.

but is still just as good for exp for leveling mechs, which is why most people - like myself, are saving the premium time.

Activate button will NOT activate on Sept 17th on its own.
As a devil's advocate, can you imagine the community cry in unison of "Foul!" if it did?
