Hello, I'm wondering if it's just me that gets massive lag spikes occasionally?

I have 130mb fiber optic broadband and usually my ping is about 102 but every so often I will enter a match and my ping will shoot up to about 6000 for the entire match and I will be glitching about all over the place.
Is there a way for me to sort this out?
I can play everything else fine it just seems to be this game.

Im getting some massive lag spikes from the 150 normal range going to 350-1600 about every minute or 2. Running 8.1 windows i5 3770k and a gtx 770 w/ 16 gig 1866 ram. It used to happen then patches made it stop and its back again. Will we ever know lol. Basically everyone freezes and ports around.
