[Bug] Kto-19 Stock Loadout Is Impossible?

I'm looking at smurfy and the KTO-19 has FF as stock. Looking in game (and in the data files) it has standard armor and structure as default.

The stock-loadout is no possible tonnage wise (at least as it is specified in: GameData.pak\Libs\MechLoadout\kto-19.xml )

My own mech-lab tool confirms this.

when you are looking at the mech purchase page it shows standard armor, but if you actually buy a Kintaro 19 it comes equipped with Ferro-fibrous armor.

As far as I can tell, if you buy a Kintaro 19 it matches the smurfy loadout exactly, but it is the purchase page preview that lists the wrong statistics.
