Not a new player but somewhere I think I read or heard that the BAP counters ECM at a longer range now?
Could not find much more information other than it counters at 150 meters or so which is what i am familiar with. Not sure If it is 150 meters or if the BAP has a bigger counter range now.
Thanks for the responses

ECM operates out to 180m to block sensor systems and disrupts your map and gives you the low signal error.
BAP cancels ECM at 150m or less. To my knowledge this has not changed with any recent patch since the BAP change went into effect.

ECM operates to 200m not 180m any mech within 200m can target you.
BAP operates to 150m a BAP equipped mech "switches your ECM off" now everyone can target you.

150, 180, 200 and 250 are all important ranges in the BAP, ECM and Radar situation that PGI have somehow managed to create. ECM jams out to 180 and prevents radar lock from 200+ so both are relevant ranges.
