Will there be faction war?? like map scaled kind?? marking territories and such?? cause then that'd be hella awesome. Something similar to that of Shattered Galaxy.

Sounds like an awesome idea.
I'll bet, if you promised to make a MechWarrior game featuring an intergalactic metagame, people would probably pay more than $100 each just to help you develop it.
Of course, being both thankful and responsible to those early backers (let's call them ''founders''), you'd make the coding of that intergalactic metagame an important priority. In fact, it'd be one of the pre-requisite features you'd have in the game at launch.
In summary, great idea, and I reckon Mechwarrior Online will be quick to grasp the opportunity you've presented them

there is already a faction war
Sim fans are at war with the Tabletop players
Arcaders are at war with Reality
Physics is at war with "80's Technology"
CryEngine 3 is at war with our computers
and the Community is at war against PGI

Exactly... was the one thing that made this seem to stand out to me. Well maybe that and the skill system that was scraped. Not that I'm mad or anything. I'll still play it. Once they FINALLY get it out the door. May as well have delayed the beta a year but I suppose the monies wouldn't have lasted that long.
