You can't launch this game without epic music!

I'm going to guess that music integration will happen with UI 2.0.

Actually, track 2 is my favorite, but that's the first of the whole sound track =P

Jade Falcon theme and Aquiline Fire are the best tracks from MW2. Admittantly, MW4 and MW4 Mercenaries has a much better soundtrack IMO.

I remember a command chair post back in january where PGI said they are developing music.. how long can it take? good tracklist will make this game stick in people minds far more than any directx 11.

Assuming decent iterations and how they implement the music, like say a song with multi-layering audio tracks to change in and out pending mood (which is itself a fairly big coding endeavor) then I imagine it would take say.... 6 months at most (being extremely time generous) to implement a system where the music will react to what you're doing as well as having at least one song in. Considering I'm guessing the entire team is hunkered down to work on UI2.0 and all background features, I'd say music would be put off on the backburner in favor of features that affect the game itself more deeply. DX11 may not stick in minds so much but it can have a huge effect on stability.

I think it 4, 7, 8, and 11 were also quite invigorating. I'm thinking back some 18? years so I might be off on the #'s, but many on MW2 + GB's made for excellent additions.

There used to be music when the match started... but that was 6+ months ago.

Since then, there hasn't been any noted effort to integrate music into the game.

Obv. on backburner until there's good timing to put it in the game, say tomorrow (hopeful)
