Seriously? A week ago I inquired with customer service about the Phoenix pack to make sure it would be available after it's release date. I get paid today, buy the package, and it doesn't show. What the hell? Do some reading... oh, looks like you added last freakin' minute that if you buy it after the initial release you have to WAIT to get it. But you took the money today, didn't you? How about you stop with the horrible communication ****, PGI, and tell us in advance when we'll be getting the items we're paying real money for, instead of changing your FAQ the day of release...

Just get a refund. They don't deserve your money anyway. If you don't get delivery of an item, they will refund it. The only thing businesses like this understand is the bottom line. You have an opportunity to have up to 80 votes in how you feel about it.

Shhhhh, it's ok you will get your content delivered to you on the next regular maintenance cycle...which happens to be tomorrow (Friday) at around 10am [PST]. Just like they said. It's not so bad...some of us made this purchase MONTHS ago. It's worth the wait, I hope you enjoy it!

DeaconW, is right get a refund. In hindsight, when they first announced it, you should've bought the package before release, like sometime in or around July 30th, and you would not be in the trouble you're in now. If you feel that you're being cheated, them for a refund. As to all here, let it be a lesson to you, do not procrastinate on things like this. Otherwise, stuff like this will happen. I'm just saying.

Me: I bought mine Just as soon as August 1st hit and waited till the Aug. 3rd. Didn't have the full amount. :)

PGI didn't announce last minute that you had to wait for server maintenance. They told us that on day 1 of phoenix being announced on the forums.

You should have done the reading before you bought the package to be quite honest.

Hmmm.. What is hard to understand is... For MWO it smells like very manual back end work...
Buying packages is definitely much more easier in SC... You buy, melt, gift stuff instantly...

I guess we can only wait for these feature in UI 5.0.. J... :)
