I don't see a option to "show all items" that is not based on a currently owned mech. So when I stripped my Atlas DC and sold the mechs chassis and bought another mech the items I took off are hidden.

How do I sell my ECM or XL360 etc. if the mech/s I own can not use them and thus are hidden in the load out?

Seems like a ridiculous feature of the mech lab unless I missed some option or tab somewhere?

Any idea's?

You don't. TPTB know about the issue, and have said UI 2.0 would fix it. However, UI 2.0 is still in testing, and I'm not expecting it until after New Year's.

AHAHAHAHAH, sorry, couldn't keep a straight face on that one. Yeah I'd say Mid-January is a good guess for UI2.0

You can sell them, but only when a mech that can use them is available so you can see them (as you've learned).

With that said, you don't ever want to sell engines, that's just silly. Don't do that.

Really, don't ever sell anything - mech chassis at most only if you hate them *and* need mech bays, but other stuff? You'll be able to use it again later.

The c-bills you get for selling stuff is so pathetic, it's just not worth it.

This. I usually go into my DDC and peruse through the menues. Why DDC? It's got the most varied loadout and covers most the bases so I don't have to keep going from one mech to another.

Well that's another straw for this game : (

The CB grind is making me look at other games since it will take too long to recover my hidden CB investments now.

I tried the Atlas but I honestly can not stand to look at it and it is way to slow for my play style. I am not a mech horder so I sell the ones I will not play again and no I will not buy more mech bays in a game this unfinished.

Maybe its time to take a break and peek back in another 6 months.

Thanks for the info.

I do not think you understood what I said...... Maybe you'd enjoy the game more if you took a deep breath and learned a little about it.

If they would bring C-Bill income back to CBT levels (250k on a bad game), This game would be a lot more fun without the "GOTTA METARAPE TO MAKE MONIES!!!!!" mentality this crappy economy has gotten us.

If you're going for maximum income, stick an ERLL on a locust and run around tagging every enemy. When you die, load into the next variant and repeat. There's no need to aim for viability (let alone "metarape") to improve your income.

Oh, I already do that because its REALLY fun. You have to have the 4x Zoom module to really get the most out of it though...

My point was that a majority of people aim for maximum viability and "metarape" to make the most C-Bills per match, because you make very little C-Bills on average now.

The only part of this game that is any fun is building mechs and trying them out. The game play is not very good and gets boring fast. That is why the CB grind is a huge deterrent to do again.

If they would have released the game in good shape I would not mind spending money but honestly the game is not finished and does not deserve my money yet.

And cdlord like I said I can not stand to look out of or at a Atlas, it just looks like a Voltron reject from the 80's to me. So learning any more issues about this game will not change my tastes.

I am downloading Hawken atm to see how that is.
