Ok, how long has this mech been in game? And it's still broken......PGI......come on now....

Point of fact, go into the testing grounds and find the Cent. Carefully remove the left arm and side torso. Stand on the left side shooting into the removed left torso. It takes 15....count them 15!!! AC20 rounds (300 damage for those that don't want to do the math)to kill this mech that only has 338 armor over the entire mech.... Only carries 64 combined for both front and rear center. Damage has never transferred properly for this mech...

How long will this be ignored?

..and the game is being released this month as a readied product....really...

Don't forget that the internal structure has hit points equal to half of the max armor value of any given location. So the Centurion should have 169 points of internal structure. I'm not saying you position is invalid. Just that you need to account for the internal hit points in your math.

I know, was just the point that given the amount of damage required to kill one from the side that's been 'sticked' is more than enough to kill 2 assaults that are in the same shape.

and thanks for bringing up the IS, I thought about it around the time you posted that I should have included it. =)
