Bug - Indestructible Hit Location After Deep Red Damage

Playing in Canyon, running an HBK-4H with ERPPC and LBX-10, I hit an opposing Jaggermech with two volleys into its red CT at around 40 meters.

First shot didnt down it, it replied with ballistics shaking / obscuring my view a bit, but I figure the second volley had to finish it; instead, despite seeming to hit CT, it did not go down.

After being destroyed before the next volley could fire, I watched as a teammate in an Awesome ran an ER Large Laser over that same CT several times, to no effect.

I initially noted in All chat that I thought it was an issue with my LB-X registering re: spread, which has seemed to happen before, however after seeing at least 4 laser shots that stayed on the CT for appreciable amounts of time, and watching the paper doll CT flash each time, I believe that the Jager had an indestructible CT bug.

While LT and RT of the mech were in orange / yellow internal damage, I do not know if they would have been similarly indestructible with sufficient damage or not.

I have experienced similar problems too.
But I think without video proof it will be impossible to get any attention to the problem.
Hell, it's PGI, even WITH video proof get them to recognize the problem would be... errrm... problematic.
