Frames Drop When Turning

I dont know whats wrong but every time i play mechwarrior I hold a key and the frames just... DROP.... i dont know why? im just wondering it its happening to any of you guys are having the issue?

System Specs:

Windows 7 Home Premium

AMD A6-3650 processor APU with Radeon graphics

RAM: 8gb

OS: 64bit

Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce Gtx 650

"Turning?" You mean with the keyboard, and not the mouse?

You shore it's not what map, and what you're facing on it?

Have you already set everything to low?

Sorry, if I didnt make it clear, I have it on at a custom Medium/ High setting.... its like....

40 FPS normally... then I hold the key for over a second then it drops to 20 frames.... I don't know whats going onand it doesnt matter what map im on... it does this every map

Same here, except i don't got the FPS buffer to handle it, so I drop to outright 0, like macro stuttering.
