After Last Update, Missing Speed

I'm not sure about all the tech and all the limitations currently in MWO.

I believed that the speed limitation was currently at 171kph.

I equipped a XL240 in my Commando TDK, and currently it's acting like the speed increase is not applicable. It is currently moving at 167 kph, instead of 171kph, I know the speed decrease is slight, but it's necessary to outrun those irritating Arctic Cheetahs.

reduced speed tweak long ago
