level 1: AMS shoots 10% faster
level 2: AMS shoots 20-25% faster

Might need higher cycle times to make it worth it, but it makes AMS a bit more useful if you want to spend the slots on it.

No. Missiles are weak enough already. Buff them (or nerf ECM), then we'll talk.

There was a concept art in Beta which listed an AMS Module.
