Yeah in conquest you'd definitely be screwed going to heavy. In assault there's simply no valid excuse for a heavy team to lose to a cap no matter the map size. They don't have to camp the base, they just shouldn't be overextending themselves either, that leaves a lot of room to maneuver even on alpine.

I often hear guys complain about the 'magical square' in their complaints about the cap. But I really have to wonder what's so magical about that square that's typically as far from either base as they could reasonably go and tactically the most idiotic place to camp in assault that's so magical for them. Apparently their magic square is fun.

But what really gets me wondering about their intelligence is when a scout actually tells them where the enemy is moving and they just keep plodding along because they wanna get to the 'fun' magic square that really serves them no purpose.
