So the 13.8 microstutter fix is now in the WHQL drivers presumably. Second 7970, here I come 
Edit: Nevermind, it looks like that's the one thing that was left out. Oh well, 13.10 has it.

i just found the drivers yesterday and so far my vid hasnt froze since loading them, for the last month i had been running repair tool and deleting the shader folder.

Just buy a third 7970, Tri-fire is practically immune to micro-stutter.
