Thats no trick, its a controlled stall(its also theoretically possible in quite a few airplanes{wind or not})! Now the cobra maneuver.. thats a.. ok thats a stall as well. >_<

The An-2 has had numerous accounts of that happening considering it is a STOL craft. I've actually fallen in love with that thing, it is insanely fun to fly in Sims. No runway? no problem.

Though I do need to update my flight stick...

The An-2 if I remember correctly can also helicopter stall(IRL-but do have insurance, nerves of steel, a well maintained aircraft and a pit-stop before leaving the ground).
