Re-started playing World of Tanks (GASP!) today, I haven't touched it in years. Glad to see a lot has improved. Mech piloting skills apparently don't transfer to tanks though.

And is the Patton's spotting range view distance still broken?

I'm put-putting around in Loltraktors and MS-1s at the moment (new account) so I have no idea, but the physics are better and they added new game modes - like racing.

On the battiefield while piloting a mech with arms, is it acceptable to pick up enemy tanks and soldiers and play with them like the plastic army toys we had as a kid?

If they were ever to add armored vehicles *breaks out into hysterical laughter at the thought* I would trade in my Hunchies and Yen-Lo Wang for one of these.

I never got around to playing MW : LL, but I would love to see one of these in there.
