Have you played MW3/4? At all? That's a start for your answer

High Disappation rates for SHS/DHS + low Heat cap

Not as it is now

Low Disappation rates for SHS/DHS + high heat cap (raised thresholds via heatsinks). Think outside the box that PGI has trapped you in.
