I have a bad feeling about this post.
Niko Snow is going full "ding dong bannu" mode.

"The game allows 16 players to battle it out at a single time with 8 players on each team."

" The game's soundtrack is also satisfactory and provides some epic themes for the larger than life battles. Some in-game purchases do feel a bit overpowered though. This doesn't break the balance of the game, but it is something that many gamers won't be happy when they learn about it."

"The important Conquest mode requires players to battle over vital objectives, but there are some other versus game modes and variants that give the game some decent replay value."

Has this person even PLAYED the game? What soundtrack? "some other versus modes" plural? Hero 'mech's OP? Not so much. *facepalm*

Not commenting on the score...just wishing this person had done their homework--instead of googling 'MWO' and using the original pitch from 2 years ago as source material.

They may have been posting some bias information on the side of mwo being good, but it appears this score is unbias.

Actually, I don't think the reviewer did play the game. They make comments about it being an 8vs8 battle - so at the very least they haven't played the game recently.

****** review.

Some in-game purchases are overpowered, but they don't break the balance of the game? dafuq?

I also like how they neglect to see which purchases are overpowered.

Um... this must be some sort of spam article for advertising revenue. Hardly any of the info is current... 8v8? Its very vague. Conquest has you fighting over "Valuable objectives"? Like what, a glowing square?

So it begins....

Yeah, he mentions 3pv but then says it's 8v8??

"The Clan Invasion will occur over the next eleven years, and during the time, factions will fight for control of the world and of a powerful element known as Germanium. "

That is news to me...

"The important Conquest mode requires players to battle over vital objectives, but there are some other versus game modes and variants that give the game some decent replay value. "

What???

"The game's soundtrack is also satisfactory and provides some epic themes for the larger than life battles."

There is a soundtrack??

How sad is it that "In-Game Chat Channel" is listed as one of the features of the game?

Yeah cause the original pitch was just their position at the time, right? Better review the actual game instead!

Advanced tutorial?!? The games storyline is interesting??? Is this guy reviewing the game from the future? Pffft, this review is a joke. The MWO he reviewed sounds good though; imagine what score it would get if he had only reviewed the actual features available now :)

Did a little research. The article author is the son of the woman who founded 'BioGamerGirl.' Site pings/ads viewed what? Yeah, this place is looking for an easy up-count for their site at the cost of a quick google and paste. Sadness.

I kinda hate to point out, that the reviewer is still under the impression, that its 8v8, so clearly hasn't touched the game in weeks, the sad part is he had no need to

Seriously, folks, if you want to paste the reviews MWO is getting, don't just scrape those that give it really bad scores.

Especially when they happen to be sack full of lies as this one clearly is.
