I don't thing I'll be buying any more mech with real money Read here

I have spend $180 on mechs and most of them have been NERFed after I paid read money for functionality I enjoyed. Yes I understand it was beta and I should not have given any money to this game until it was in production but we all know they will continue to cater (Nerf) to the few that cry the most about weapons systems they (KItty cats - P word) can't defend against (currently UAC 5s). LRMs will probably be next. I hear a lot of you Kitty Cats (use P word) crying about LRMs in game. Grow a pair and learn how to defend against weapons systems, stop crying and getting the game designers to change things to the lowest common denominator.

I am done giving you (PGI) my hard earned cash, "Star Citizen" (Wing Commander) will be getting most of my extra money from now on.

I am not a cash cow, although I could stnad to lose a few lbs -_-

So who are you going to be giving money to once SC starts nerfing things in a quest for balance?

I am just sad, the game is still fun. I am sure my wife will take all my money before I get a chance to spend it -_-

Yea, Star Citizen is going to have balance changes as well, any long term online game does.

The nice thing about this game is you aren't stuck with whatever weapons come on a mech, you can actually change them out to get a load out better suited to the current gameplay environment.

It's just like League, sometimes the balance needs to be changed, but either the people that they nerf are still good, or you can just play someone else!

You should have stopped funding earlier, as soon as you discovered the pattern. The real sad thing about it is, that a fair and open behaviour on this field of how PGI needs to make money would have been beneficial for both sides. PGI wouldn't have to spend effort in always doing and covering cash grinds by "balancing" that would have been better spent in the promised, but still missing/flawed key features. This way, much less of the "Founders" (that should have been better called "Funders" perhaps) would have been annoyed by at-the-end-of-the-day-not-so-exclusive "deals" and the constant nerf/buff/nerf/buff-carousel. By the verterans, die-hard fans and other persons leaving that would have been ok with further spending a certain money per time on the game to help development, MWO now constantly gets a higher rate of casual gamers. Which may boost user numbers and server load, but under the bottom line will results in a slow erosion of money in PGIs pocket - casuals won't spend nearly as much money (if even any) on MWO.
